“We each have the right, and ability, to live the most radiantly powerful version of ourselves.” – Alana Fournet
Ep1 ~ Welcome to the Radiant Powerful You Podcast
In this episode:
What does it mean to live Radiant Powerful You?
In our inaugural episode, I (Alana), will define in certain terms what it means to be the most radiantly powerful version of yourself and will highlight why that even matters. I’ll also share with you the intention of this podcast so you know what to expect in coming episodes.
Where did it all begin?
As a health practitioner, I have spent years in conversation with (mostly) women who have wondered if it’s really possible to:
- Heal naturally from their specific illness
- Overcome a wide variety of aggravating symptom
- Create the life they really desire
- Leave a legacy of impact and influence
I’ve always known it absolutely is possible- for ALL of them… and I’ve also known me just saying it isn’t always enough.
I’ve had a desire, for quite some time, to highlight ordinary folks -who have overcome the odds- as a means to remind all of us what is possible-
no matter what we’ve been through or are currently going through.
Before we unleash conversations with every day, extraordinary humans who have found a way to thrive in spite of, or because of, overwhelming circumstances, though, I’d like to introduce you to the whole concept; what it even means to live as Radiant Powerful You.
Let’s get started!
Alana Fournet spent much of life as an overachieving, people-pleasing perfectionist. Over the decades, this led to a personal battle with extreme fatigue, “hormone crisis,” trying to figure out what was wrong with her body, and in the midst of it all, feeling as though she was drowning in overwhelm no matter how hard she worked to get ahead.
Today, she is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Founder of Intentional Health for Women. Her mission is to help women feel more energized, confident, and in command of their bodies and lives. Her passion is fueled as women she works with radiate with vibrant health after years of frustration, confusion, and deep concern for “what’s really going on” in their bodies. Alana consistently reminds women their health is a foundational piece of their fulfilled life—in relationships, with their finances, and living their purpose.
When she’s not hosting podcast conversations, planning a retreat, facilitating the Sisterhood, or coaching her private clients, Alana can be found snuggling with her daughters, Braelyn and Emry, planning an adventure with her husband, Jacques, playing music with her family, or hiking with her favorite four-legged sidekick, Turbo.
