Ssn1Ep13 ~ The First Step To A Life Of Ease

A life of ease.

Possible? Not possible? Completely unsure but somewhat curious?

Every year I select a theme for the year. A few years ago my theme was “let it be easy”.

Internally, it was a rough year.

I was grappling, deeply, with the whole notion of living with ease. It forced me to identify underlying beliefs I had about ease (I’m not allowed to have it easy) and stretched me out of my comfort zone (Other people are working, I should be working right now).

I’m grateful for that year because I now get to reap what I was sowing back then.

What I didn’t realize, at the time, was by making a commitment to the full year, focusing on ease, I had already taken the first step to making it my way of life.

If you’re curious about ease, wondering if it’s possible for you, I’ll share the first - most important - step to take that will launch you on your path. And if you’re uncertain if this is something you even want for yourself, I’ve got you covered, too. In this brief Radiant Powerful You episode, I’ll give you specific steps to help get you going.

Alana Fournet

Alana Fournet spent much of life as an overachieving, people-pleasing perfectionist. Over the decades, this led to a personal battle with extreme fatigue, “hormone crisis,” trying to figure out what was wrong with her body, and in the midst of it all, feeling as though she was drowning in overwhelm no matter how hard she worked to get ahead.

Today, she is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Founder of Intentional Health for Women. Her mission is to help women feel more energizedconfident, and in command of their bodies and lives. Her passion is fueled as women she works with radiate with vibrant health after years of frustration, confusion, and deep concern for “what’s really going on” in their bodies. Alana consistently reminds women their health is a foundational piece of their fulfilled life—in relationships, with their finances, and living their purpose.

When she’s not hosting podcast conversations, planning a retreat, facilitating the Sisterhood, or coaching her private clients, Alana can be found snuggling with her daughters, Braelyn and Emry, planning an adventure with her husband, Jacques, playing music with her family, or hiking with her favorite four-legged sidekick, Turbo.
