I had no idea the degree to which head trauma could impact a person- physically, emotionally, and mentally - until I connected with Vani Wadhwa.

She didn’t either, as a child. She had a concussion at the age of 5 that impacted her ability to focus and communicate, which naturally influenced the way adults perceived her in school and at home.

In this episode, Vani shares her lifelong journey of healing.  She’ll highlight:

~ How head trauma left her sensitive to noise

~ The impact her head injuries had on personal and work relationships

~ The shockingly simple and highly affordable strategies she used to heal anxiety, brain fog, lack of balance and sensitivity to sound & light

Vani has been a professional in the fashion industry for over a decade. She is currently working as a directory of Sales and Operations for a supply chain management company in Canada. She is also a certified Hatha and Restorative yoga teacher.

She grew up in New Delhi, India and she has spent the last decade living in the UK and Canada.

She has experienced some major transitions in her personal life while dealing with health issues as a result of four head injuries and post concussion symptoms.

While going through her healing journey and recovering from trauma, she learnt to develop a deeper connection to nature and her body’s natural healing mechanism.
