Ssn2Ep4 ~ Why are we so scared of death?
With death tallies on every screen around the globe these days, we can be rendered anxious or agitated and not really know why.
The topic of death is provoking yet it's not something most of us really want to talk about, or think about, or . . . experience.
I thought it would be exceptionally useful to open up the conversation around death. As I was seeking the ideal podcast guest, my husband told me about a process a friend was in. She was "holding space" for a dear friend of hers who was passing. I had never heard of such a process or experience, and felt myself naturally wanting to know more.
I'm excited for you to hear Linda's experience of being so energetically connected to another human actively dying and her take on death and dying in general.
In this episode, you'll hear:
- How she connects with loved ones as they pass.
- What makes it so difficult when people in our lives die?
- How to heal relationships with those who are passing or have passed.
- The practice to empower your relationship with death.
What do you believe happens when you die?
